What is Dincharya?
Dinacharya (दिनचर्या) — literally "daily conduct" — is Ayurveda's blueprint for living in sync with nature's rhythms. Not rigid rules, but a living framework that tells your nervous system when to rise, when to nourish, when to move, and when to rest.
When your daily rhythm breaks down, everything breaks down. When you restore it, energy returns naturally — without forcing or fighting yourself.
